1.Definitions
Account – Your registered profile on Kideeka (Parent/Guardian, Teacher, or Child account).
Child/Student – Kids aged 3–10 using Kideeka under an adult’s supervision.
Parent/Guardian – An adult (18+) who creates and manages a child’s account.
Teacher – An adult (18+) educator or tutor authorized to use teacher features.User-Generated Content (UGC) – Anything uploaded by users, such as drawings, audio, text, or posts.
2.Eligibility & Registration
Only adults (18+) can register as Parent/Guardian or Teacher.
Children can only access Kideeka through an adult-managed account.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activities under your account.
We may request extra verification (e.g., ID, parental consent, teacher credentials) for certain features.
3.Parental Responsibilities
You decide what content is suitable for your child and set the controls accordingly.
You agree to our collection and use of your child’s information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4.Acceptable Use
Kideeka is for safe, educational use only.You must not:
Use Kideeka for illegal purposes.
Share harmful, violent, offensive, or adult material.
Bully, harass, or threaten others.
Hack, disrupt, or access areas you are not authorized to use.
Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity.
Send spam or unauthorized advertising.
5.Intellectual Poperty
All Kideeka content (games, lessons, graphics, designs, etc.) is owned by or licensed to us.
You may use it for personal learning or classroom teaching only — not for resale or unauthorized copying.
Your child’s creations remain theirs, but by uploading them you give us permission to use them within Kideeka, in promotions, or for operational purposes (following our Privacy Policy).
6.Privacy & Data Protection
We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
We will obtain parental consent before collecting information from children where required by law.
We use security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
7.Purchases & Subscriptions
Some features require payment (e.g., premium content, virtual tutor).
All child account purchases must be approved by the Parent/Guardian.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
Refunds follow our Payment & Refund Policy.
8.Child Safety
We may monitor chats, uploads, and interactions to ensure safety.
Video and audio features use encryption where possible.
Parents can set screen time limits, block content, manage purchases, and review learning activity.
9.Third-Party Services
Kideeka uses trusted partners for hosting, payment, and analytics.
External links may appear in Kideeka; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
10.No Warranties
Kideeka is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service or specific results.
11.Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost data or income.
Our maximum liability is the total amount you paid in the last 3 months, unless the law requires otherwise.
12.Disputes
We will try to resolve disputes through discussion first.
If unresolved, Malaysian law and courts will apply.
13.Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk.
After termination, we may delete or keep data as permitted by law.
14.Changes to Terms or Services
We may update Kideeka features or these Terms.
Important changes will be communicated via the app or email.
