Kideeka — Copyright & Intellectual Property

We work hard to create safe, engaging, and educational content for your child. This notice explains who owns the content on Kideeka, how you can use it, and how we protect both our work and the things your child creates.

1.Our Content

Everything you see and hear on Kideeka — such as games, lessons, pictures, sounds, videos, animations, and designs — is either:

  • Made by Kideeka, or

  • Used with permission from other creators.

Our name “Kideeka” and our logos are also protected trademarks. They can only be used with our permission.

2.How You Can Use It

We give you and your family permission (a “license”) to use Kideeka content for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes.

This means you can:

  • Use Kideeka at home for learning and fun

  • Enjoy our lessons, games, and videos with your child

But you cannot (unless we say so in writing):

  • Copy or share our content outside Kideeka

  • Change our games, videos, or lessons

  • Use our name, logos, or content for your own business or public use

3.Our Sounds, Images, and Designs:

  • Original Audio — Recorded by or for Kideeka; we own the rights.

  • Paid Images & Designs — Bought from licensed providers (e.g., Canva) and used under their rules. You can enjoy them on Kideeka, but not outside it.

  • Free Images & Designs — From free platforms (e.g., Pexels) and used under their contributor terms.

  • Kideeka-Created Modules — All our lessons, activities, and games are designed by our team based on trusted early-childhood education research.

4Your Child’s Creations

If your child uploads something to Kideeka (drawings, voice recordings, writing, etc.), it still belongs to them.By sharing it, you give Kideeka permission to:

  • Show it inside the platform

  • Use it for our educational or promotional purposes (following our Privacy Policy) We will never sell your child’s work to others.

5.What’s Not Allowed:

  • Without our written permission, you may not:

  • Copy or share our materials outside Kideeka

  • Remove our copyright or trademark notices

  • Use Kideeka content in a harmful or unlawful way

6.If You Think Your Work Was Used Without Permission

We respect the rights of other creators. If you believe your work appears on Kideeka without your permission, please send us:

  • Your name and contact information

  • A description of the work and where it appears on Kideeka

  • Proof you own the work

  • A statement that you believe it’s being used without permission

  • We will review your request promptly and take action if needed.

7.Changes:

  • If we make updates to this copyright notice, we’ll post the new version on our platform. Using Kideeka after updates means you accept the changes.
