Kideeka is an online platform designed for children aged 3 to 10 years to play, learn, and explore in a safe and positive environment. By creating an account for your child or allowing your child to use Kideeka, you (“Parent,” “Guardian,” or “Teacher”) agree to the following Terms of Use.

1.Eligibility & Account Creation

Kideeka is intended only for children aged 3–10 years.
Accounts must be created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised teacher.
Children are not permitted to register or log in without adult assistance.
You are responsible for ensuring your child’s login credentials remain secure and are not shared with others.

2.User Conduct

When using Kideeka, your child must:

Use kind, respectful, and polite language.
Treat other users in a friendly and fair manner.
Refrain from bullying, teasing, or engaging in harmful behaviour.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using offensive language or sharing inappropriate images/content.
Cheating, hacking, or attempting to bypass game rules.
Impersonating another person.
Sending spam, advertisements, or unsolicited messages.

3.Safety & Privacy:

Your child must never share personal information such as:
- Full name
- Address
- Phone number
- Passwords
Content sharing should only occur with parental or teacher approval.
If your child encounters anything unsafe, suspicious, or uncomfortable, they should notify you immediately.

4.Intellectual Property:

All games, images, lessons, and materials provided on Kideeka are the exclusive property of Kideeka and are protected by copyright laws.
Content is provided for personal learning and entertainment only.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, or selling Kideeka’s content without permission is prohibited.
Any creations made by your child on Kideeka (e.g., drawings, recordings) belong to your child, but you grant Kideeka a non-exclusive licence to display them within the platform for educational purposes.

5.Updates & Service Availability:

Kideeka may introduce new games, features, or educational content at any time.
Platform maintenance or technical updates may result in temporary downtime.
